- The ECO·AIRÒ FOLD
PACKÔ system is available in many different configurations, including rectangular as well as
triangular shapes.
- It protects cargo using no foam or void fill materials
thereby reducing solid waste stream additions.
- It is composed of 98% corrugated paperboard that is easily
recycled using current recycling methods, in addition to being easily re-useable.
- The Utility Patent principle of this invention is the elimination
of the exterior carton by having extra flaps attached to the internal packaging
before packaging the cargo.
- This invention can be licensed from us and used to improve almost any existing packaging
system.

 1. Insert the cargo into the plastic sleeve. |
 2. Push each end of the sleeve through each of the
2 holes of the platform and pull tightly. Wrap them around the edge of the platform
and staple several times through plastic and cardboard.
The 4 yellow arrows above indicate the 4 "legs" (2 long
and 2 short) of the platform which should be bent as shown to "raise" the
platform. |
 3. Roll up the other sections of the FOLD PACKÔ to "enclose" the cargo platform, forming a
triangular shape as shown above.
The yellow arrow points at 1 of the 2 shorter "legs" at
each end of the cargo platform. Please check that these 2 "legs" are bent
correctly so that they stand at right angles to the cargo platform and hence
"float" the cargo exactly in the middle of the whole package for maximum
protection. |
 4. Above shows the FOLD PACKÔ bent into shape. Fasten with tape at the 2 ends
and sides if necessary. |
